| We introduce ourselves as a Law Firm dealing in all matters relating to Intellectual Property Laws viz :- trademarks, copyrights, patents and designs. We undertake protection, prosecution and enforcement of the above rights and file civil and criminal cases incase of any violations thereof by third parties. Our firm specializes in this branch of Law dealing with Intellectual Property Rights since the last more than three and a half decades, having been founded in the year 1976 by our Late Mr. Arjun T. Bhagat during his lifetime. We presently have a set-up comprising of 8 lawyers and 3 paralegals besides having an efficient team of stenos, typists and clerks. Over the years we have developed strong association with our clients (both domestic and international, which are in excess of 5000 in number) to whom we offer our services relating exclusively to all propositions under Intellectual Property Rights. We also undertake, file and advise on filing cases of cybersquatting when there is misuse of ones reputed trade mark by use thereof as a domain name on the internet by others. Our Mr. Vinod Bhagat is a member of the International Trade Marks Association (INTA), U.S.A., and he regularly visits, represents, participates and debates on various topics on the international scene. For the two years each term viz. period 2004-05 and 2008-09, he was appointed on INTA Anti-Counterfeiting and Enforcement Sub-Committee in the U.S.A., for the year 2006-07 he was appointed to represent and to deliberate on the Anti-Dilution Laws Sub-Committee in the U.S.A and for the two year term 2010-11 he is working on the INTA Famous & Well Known Trade Marks Sub-Committee for the Middle East, Asia, South Africa Region in the U.S.A. For the two year tem 2008-09, he was on the Indian Task Force Committee of INTA to deliberate with the Govt. of India in upgrading its intellectual property laws and providing a speedy remedy and faster protection. Handling such issues on an international forum does infact not only broaden our horizons and improve upon our knowledge and understanding of the subject but also translates into apt professional advice being given to our clients.
